SHIPPING POLICIES 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All products are shipped from Long Island, New York. Order processing time is currently up to 10 business days. This means we have up to 10 business days to make & package your order -- and THEN it will be shipped. Business days are Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. Extended processing lead times may occur during the holidays, large sales, or restocks of popular products. PLEASE keep in mind as of right now, Art By Michelle Marie is a small, single-woman owned business. We assure you that we will prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any tracking inquiries or issues, please contact USPS, the primary carrier for Art By Michelle Marie. They will be able to best assist you. Please be advised that shipping times may vary, and we unfortunately do not have control over shipping delays that may occur during transit. 

NOTE: *If you place an order that contains ONLY stickers, your order will ship as a a First-Class stamped letter. This order does not include tracking. You will still receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been mailed.*

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ARRIVES TO ME BROKEN OR BENT?

Please be assured that we take great care in packaging our items to prevent damage in shipment. However, once the package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out and send us a photo via email within 3 days of receiving your package. Photo evidence of both the damaged product and the packaging as it was received is imperative-- we cannot successfully file a claim with the postal carrier without this. Replacements may be issued depending upon availability of product. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Art By Michelle Marie is NOT responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If it seems like your package may be lost in transit, please allow extra lead time for the package to arrive. Occasionally packages may take a longer or alternate route, but they will still arrive to your address. If for some reason your package does not arrive, please contact USPS and file a claim with your tracking number so they can better assist you in locating the package. 

If your order says "delivered" by the carrier, there is nothing Art By Michelle Marie is responsible for or can do.

You must work with the shipping carrier and file a claim for any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GAVE YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS BUT MY PACKAGE HAS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT?

ART BY MICHELLE MARIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER INPUT ERROR. 

***PLEASE be mindful to include the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information at checkout. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been placed. Changes to address can not be made once the package has shipped. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.***

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES (PLEASE READ). 

We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country, and shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on your location. We do not control any of the shipping costs for international orders. All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. Dollars ($USD). 

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the full responsibility of the customer. Art By Michelle Marie is NOT responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unfamiliar with your country's customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred prior to delivery.

 

If packages are declined or returned back to us for any reason, you will be refunded your order value minus the international shipping cost.

Please note that customs processing times can affect the estimated delivery timeframe. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.

REFUND POLICIES 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this time, we do not accept any returns. Unless you are sent the wrong item by any chance, returns will not be accepted. Please carefully check product descriptions before purchasing. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us via email so we can make it right! 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it for you. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Art By Michelle Marie LLC is extremely serious about protecting your privacy. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email solely for the purpose of processing your order. We will never sell your information for any reason at any time. We do not store, share or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.

Restock dates are announced via multiple social media platforms. Follow us on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to stay up to date on when new restocks will be dropping! You may also join our mailing & SMS list for notifications about the latest updates and releases. 

CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PRODUCT COMES BACK IN STOCK?

YES! Find the item on the site that you would like to be notified for. Click on the item and then select "Notify me when available." You will automatically be sent an email when that item comes back in stock. Sign up for text alerts for general website updates & notifications for restocks of popular products.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

As of this point, we unfortunately do not take any custom orders.
